ACF France’s sandblasting containers are complete, mobile and easy-to-use units for all types of surface treatment work: airbrushing, sandblasting, shotblasting and microblasting. Our sandblasting containers are easy to handle, can be installed indoors or outdoors, and are available in two sizes: 6 or 12 meters. Equipped with a 130L adjustable-pressure sandblasteradjustable-pressure sandblasting machine, the ACF sandblasting container gives you great autonomy for stripping all your parts. Our sandblasting cabinets are designed to facilitate operators’ work, while ensuring their comfort and safety.

6. Dust-Free Blasting Machines
   We provide state-of-the-art dust-free blasting solutions, ensuring a safer work environment. 7. Personal protective equipment
   The environment generated by abrasive blasting and the various sandblasting, shotblasting, sodablaster and waterbrushing operations requires the use of appropriate protective equipment. ACF’s blasting helmets are highly resistant to abrasion and extremely comfortable to wear. Bali, Borneo, Timor and Sumba helmets meet CE standards and the requirements of the EN 14594 directive. 8. Abrasive recycling 
   The cyclonic suction option allows the abrasive to be recovered and recycled, which is not only an economical solution, but also makes the operator’s job easier, as he doesn’t have to recover the abrasive by hand and then manually reload it into the sander. To operate, the operator uses a scraper sensor to suck up the abrasive. It is then dusted and automatically fed back into the adjustable-pressure sander.
